1. You will earn a 5% rebate on Office Depot net purchases and a 1%
rebate on all other net purchases. You do not earn rebates on
balance transfers, cash advances, cashlike charges such as travelers
checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used
to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized
or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for
products that protect or insure the balances of your account. There
is no maximum number of rebates that you can accumulate in the
program. All rebates will be summarized on your monthly billing
statement. The rebate total from the previous month will
automatically be applied as a statement credit in the next billing
statement containing an Office Depot purchase. See Rewards Program
Rules and Regulations, which will be mailed after your account is
established.
2. Length of your introductory period will be either 6 billing
cycles from account opening or 3 billing cycles from account opening
for purchases and balance transfers depending on our review of your
application and credit history. APR is valid for introductory period
so long as you comply with the terms of your account. Also, we apply
payments to introductory balances before balances with higher APRs.
This means that the length of your introductory period may vary
based on your payment amounts and the APRs for other balances on

considered for a Visa Signature card. If you do not qualify for that
product, you will automatically be considered for a Platinum Visa
card, which has different benefits, pricing, and credit
