| How Worklife Rewards™ Works |

You can earn Rewards on purchases made in-store, by phone or
online.
Rewards are paid quarterly in the form of an Office Depot
Reward Card when you earn a minimum of $10 in Rewards.
Office Depot Reward Cards are valid for 90 days and can be used
toward any Office Depot purchase in-store, online or by phone.
