1. You will earn a 5% rebate on Office Depot net purchases and a 1% rebate on all other net purchases. You do not earn rebates on balance transfers, cash advances, cashlike charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. There is no maximum number of rebates that you can accumulate in the program. All rebates will be summarized on your monthly billing statement. The rebate total from the previous month will automatically be applied as a statement credit in the next billing statement containing an Office Depot purchase. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations, which will be mailed after your account is established.
2. Length of your introductory period will be either 6 billing cycles from account opening or 3 billing cycles from account opening for purchases and balance transfers depending on our review of your application and credit history. APR is valid for introductory period so long as you comply with the terms of your account. Also, we apply payments to introductory balances before balances with higher APRs. This means that the length of your introductory period may vary based on your payment amounts and the APRs for other balances on your account. Learn more about rates, fees, and other cost information by reviewing Pricing & Terms. You will first be considered for a Visa Signature card. If you do not qualify for that product, you will automatically be considered for a Platinum Visa card, which has different benefits, pricing, and credit availability. Certain restrictions, limitations, and exclusions apply. Once your account is opened, please see your credit card benefits materials for details.
3. Deferred Interest Promotion (without payments) - All single sales receipt purchases made at Office Depot between July 20, 2008 and September 6, 2008 equal to or greater than $499 will automatically qualify for a Deferred Interest Promotion (without payments). Promotional financing is offered in connection with the Office Depot Worklife Rewards Visa card that is issued by Chase Bank USA, N.A. and subject to credit approval. Purchase price must be paid in full by the due date on your September 2009 statement; minimum payments must be made on other balance on the account and the account must otherwise not be in default during the promotional period or finance charges will be assessed from the purchase date. Length of promotional period could be shorter depending upon the timing and amount of your payments and the type and amount of other account balances. Minimum monthly payments are determined in accordance with your Office Depot Worklife Rewards Visa cardmember agreement ("Agreement"). You must have adequate available credit and not be in default to qualify for promotional financing. See your Agreement for details regarding: payment allocation, minimum payment and default rules, as well as, applicable rates, costs and fees. For new accounts, see pricing and terms links for rates, fee and other cost information.
